Well today it's a Personal and Commercial Use OK Freebie. I love that stamped look but stamps can be quite pricey, especially for the large ones. They work great for hybrid but we digi scrappers then have to scan in the stamped item and work from there...so I have made you some borders that will work and give you a variety of looks. There are two borders and also two border sections that you can use how you like in your designs.
They are not just for vintage they work well with grungy too. Experiment, that's what it's all about, having fun and learning.
For a layout try opening you paper and then on a new layer add the border. Play with the blending mode, try colour burn, multiply etc, it depends on the colour of your background really. Don't forget to play with lowering the opacity too..that can really make a great stamped look by just lowering it to fade it out slightly. Or, you could just pop it on the paper and add a small drop shadow and use it as a border like that.
I've got some examples below using the two borders with different blending modes. I've kept them neutral colours to try to show the effect better, you can get even more interesting effects with colour!!
Using Colour Burn with Border 2
Using Multiply
With a small Drop Shadow and Normal
Using Colour Burn with Border 2
So you can see what fun you can have playing with these. Enjoy...I hope!!

You'll be pleased with me, I've managed to stay out of trouble this week!! Yep, this weeks record is quite good..well for me it is! Of course I did have a little run in with a stray dog (the dog won) and there was the small incident with the train, don't think I'll talk about that one, lol! OK, as my post title says..I'm "Borderline!". Perhaps I haven't managed that well...but it's an improvement!! I only upset my son once this week and that was a giant moth..you can imagine, he hasn't recovered from the spider thing yet and when I mentioned moth..and then he took a look..well, it was "Dad!!"
And now it's the weekend again and that's fine by me..we ought to have more of them!! My DH is working this weekend and the lovely Lilly's social diary is full..so I think I'll either catchup on some work or if I am lucky and the sun shines, perhaps some gardening. I know not very exciting..but I don't do exciting at the weekend. Peace...I do peace, given half a chance!!
So have a peaceful time and relax! See you soon!

Hi June
Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you for your fabulous blog, it keeps me entertained no end. I did send this via an old email I had for you when you where a new blogger. I'm not sure if it correct so I am commenting here.
I tried to grab one of your blinkies to put on my blog, but it wouldn't work. Photobucked keeps saying the image had been removed, which is not true as I saw it on your photopucket site with my own eyes (:o ! I even uploaded it to my photobucket account but had no luck. I copied it to my laptop and it worked in a fashion, but was just a static image. I edited it with my animation editor and it still wouldn't work. Arghhhh! I did a screen capture in the end and captured it at is pretties and most informative. Is it something I'm doing?
Hope you summer is going well, so glad you've found your Mom, all the spiders are removed, you have bought shares in spray starch for your shirts and the police are alive and well and still capturing speedy motorists.
Hugs
