Part 5 - Spice of Life and some New Stuff

Today the latest part of Spice of Life is just waiting for you to download!! It's a glorious Alpha complete with upper and lower case letters plus the number 0-9, a question and an exclamation mark. All made by one of my fantastic CT girls - Kim from Kim's Scrappin' using the Spice of Life stuff. So, it's Kim's Spicey Alpha!!!
It is just literally made to measure!! Kim used it in her layout "Our Love Is.." and as you can see it looks marvellous! I love the layout and the alpha Kim...thank you so much for making it and sharing your talent with us all!!! That photo says it all!! It is a truly romantic picture and you made a wonderful job of catching and preserving a special moment!

This morning my uploading button has been in overdrive!! Uploaded lots of layouts and stuff to post for you all, plus I have popped a few bits into the store at Scrappin Digi Kreations. It doesn't matter how often I do it...I always have to double take on if I did it right! Is it me or does anyone else have the same problem with too many thoughts in their head at once all shouting for attention? OK, so it's me!! I am not a great Valentines person, not that I'm not romantic, I am.... a bit. But I normally forget it until after it's gone!! Lol! But I decided that I really needed to do something for the great day approaching and I came up with three little things so far. Here they are, all new to the store and at 40% off for the next week!!! So if you want them get them now and take advantage of the special!! I do!!

Sweet Heart Paper Pack - only $1.25 for the next week at SDK

Sweet Heart Frame Pack - only $1.25 for the next week at SDK

Sweet Words - only $1.05 this week at SDK
Now to the fun stuff!! This weeks challenge was to do a layout that had something to do with Kitchens! Well you got your thinking caps on and you really came up with a whole variety of great work!! Dorys made this special layout of her daughter making her first cookies. It's fun, it's bright and I adore the alpha!! I can almost smell the cookies from here!! Fantastic job Dorys and thanks for playing along on this one!

Kim shared her grandma's recipe for Apple Cake on this one and it sounds to give this one a try over the weekend!! I love that paper she has used, it reminds me of Cinnamon!! Great with apples!! Beautiful layout Kim!!

And this one is sooo cute!! It's Gimli...Su's hamster, inspecting the kitchen!! He is so cute and this one made me smile!! Unfortunately Gimli is no more, but with this great layout he won't be forgotten and will be a conversation piece for a long time to come!! He looks one character act of a hamster so I can understand why you miss him. The journaling is lovely, great work Su!!

Sorry I have not got credits for this one.
Linda has given the challenge a heritage look...her photos of the old black leaded range are gorgeous! Imagine...I complain about cleaning the oven...what about black leading these every week!!! The lace frames are superb and so in keeping with the photos!! Wonderful layout Linda!!

Su sent me in an other layout and I just had to post it, its me in baby mode again!! What do you think of this little chap? Isn't he gorgeous? I love the layout and for a moment I wondered who the lace was by...then I realised it was mine!! Dah!! You have made it look treat, thank you Su for sharing this little beauty!!

OK, time to go and do some more work and then grab some tea!! See you all Monday with a new challenge!! Have a great weekend and wrap up warm, unless your lucky enough to be somewhere hot!! Luck people!!
